License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of all digital products sold by Embrays Designs through www.embrays.studio

By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from Embrays Designs, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, Embrays Designs grants you a non-exclusive, non- transferable, single-user license

to use the purchased digital products for personal and commercial music production purposes.

This license allows you to:

* Use presets in personal and commercial music productions

* Release music commercially on platforms including Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, films, games, advertisements, and streaming services

* Use the products in client work, production services, and commissioned projects

* Modify or edit presets for your own creative use * Use presets in royalty-free music productions and music libraries

Ownership of the original products remains with Embrays Designs.

2. Restrictions You may NOT:

* Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the products

* Upload products to websites, cloud drives, forums, Discord servers, or file-sharing platforms

* Include the products inside template packs, preset packs, sample packs, project files, or products intended for resale

* Share products with collaborators unless each collaborator owns a valid license

* Claim the products as your own original sound design work

* Use the products for AI training, machine learning datasets, or automated sound-generation systems

Unauthorized sharing, uploading, redistribution, or commercial repackaging of Embrays Designs products is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. Single-User License Each purchase grants usage rights to one individual user only.

A separate license must be purchased for additional users, collaborators, studios, teams, or organizations using the products.

4. Intellectual Property

All products, preset files, branding, graphics, demonstrations, and downloadable content remain the intellectual property of Embrays Designs.

Purchasing a product grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership or copyright.

5. Product Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with the required software, plugins, and versions listed on the product page before purchasing.

Embrays Designs is not responsible for incompatibility caused by unsupported software versions, outdated plugins, or third-party software limitations.

6. Termination of License

This license automatically terminates if any part of this Agreement is violated.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease use of the products and delete all copies in your possession.

7. No Warranty

All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Embrays Designs does not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with future software or plugin updates.

8. Third-Party Trademarks

All software names, plugin names, trademarks, and brand names referenced on this website belong to their respective owners.

References are used strictly for compatibility and identification purposes.

Examples may include:

* Xfer Serum * ValhallaDSP * Soundtoys * Phrasebox

Embrays Designs is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies unless explicitly stated.

9. Changes to This Agreement

Embrays Designs reserves the right to modify or update this License Agreement at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the products constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
